Flexible Task Filters with Include and Exclude Options

Task filters currently work mainly by inclusion. Once a user selects a task reason or role, everything not selected is hidden. This makes it difficult to exclude one irrelevant category without manually selecting every other available option.

Please add the ability to choose whether selected values should be included or excluded. Users should also be able to create custom due-date ranges and save personal filter views.

This is also a safety concern. A task may be sent using a reason or role that is not configured as an available option for the recipient’s clinic. If the recipient is using an inclusion filter, that task can be hidden without the user realizing it exists.

Flexible filtering would allow staff to reduce irrelevant noise while maintaining confidence that important work is not being unintentionally excluded. Saved personal views would also let users quickly switch between different responsibilities without rebuilding filters each time.
