Accuro roles are used both to control system permissions and to route tasks. These are separate operational needs and should not rely on the same configuration.
Organizations often create additional roles solely so tasks can be sent to a position, service, or support team rather than to a specific individual. This creates unnecessary complexity for administrators because every task-routing change becomes tied to security-role management.
Please introduce task routing groups that are independent of permission roles. Administrators could create groups based on operational responsibilities, add or remove users as staffing changes, and allow tasks to be assigned to the group without affecting anyone’s system access.
This would support team-based workflows, simplify staff coverage, and reduce the number of security roles that must be maintained. Security roles could remain focused on what users are permitted to access, while task groups would determine where work is routed.
