Enable Clickable Macros in All Accuro Text Fields

Macros can include clickable selections and prompts when used in certain areas of Accuro, such as Clinic Notes. However, that functionality is lost when the same macro is used in a Task or other text-entry field.

Please expand clickable macro functionality so it works everywhere macros can be inserted, including Tasks, Clinic Notes, Messages, Letters, document notes, and all other supported free-text fields.

The existing clickable functionality should be preserved and made available consistently throughout Accuro. Users should be able to create one interactive macro and use it across the EMR without needing separate versions or manually editing the text after insertion.

This would make macros far more useful, reduce repetitive typing, support standardized documentation, and allow organizations to build efficient workflows that function throughout Accuro rather than only within selected modules.
