Provider-Specific Appointment Suggestions

Appointment suggestions within Scheduler templates should be configurable by provider or provider group rather than applying clinic-wide.

Different providers and services may use different appointment lengths, booking rules, appointment types, or scheduling preferences. A suggestion that is appropriate for one schedule may be incorrect for another.

When suggestions are shared too broadly, organizations may avoid adding useful guidance because it could create confusion elsewhere. Even small changes may require additional review because they affect users who do not need them.

Provider-specific appointment suggestions would make scheduling guidance more accurate, reduce booking errors, and allow organizations to support different workflows without creating unnecessary system-wide options.
