Flag patients with expiring healthcare.

It would be incredibly useful to have an automated flag that is applied to a patients chart when their healthcare is set to expire. With the changes to Alberta Health Care cards and the new expiry linked to the expiry of Driver's licenses or ID cards, we will have patients whose healthcare is expired and they may have no idea. Having a flag automatically applied to the chart would help to catch these patients, preventing expired healthcare accounts for patients, rejected billings, and having to chase the patient to have them pay for appointments or renew their healthcare.
