Pin form to the top (thanks for doing this) but create a way in the Form Editor to identify the form(s) that automatically get pinned once generated

Could we also get a feature that pins a form to the top once generated? Right now, we generate the form, and then pin it after the form is saved. I would like the option to make a form "pin-able" or something like that in the Form Editor, and the system knows to automatically pin it at the top once the user generates and saves the form.
