Currently patients can only respond to messages they have already received from the doctor/staff. It would be so much more efficient and save a lot of time on the phone if patients could direct message reception. Also, sometimes patients message docs for questions that should go straight to the staff. The messaging system needs to be seamless, intuitive, and transferrable (currently it is none of the above).
