Ability to edit automated email responses to patients

When an appointment is created/edited or removed the patient receives an email notification letting them know. it would be beneficial if the clinic/provider had the ability to edit or customize the messages that went out to their patients.

    Highly recommended.  This will allow the Clinic the ability to customize the response since there can be pertinent information in regards to the appointment that can be included  the email response/notification.
