Change "What's the Concern" to be customizable

We would like to customize the wording of this:

What's the concern? To help the provider prepare, describe the reason for the appointment.

It would be beneficial to add what we need the patient to provide.

This has been in the queue for a year now. Without having the option for our clinic to change the "what's the concern" to a more applicable answer, we are doing double the work.

We are beginning to question the use of Medeo and perhaps a system like Ocean may be better suited for our needs.

Would be great if we could customize the question to reflect our needs to approve their appointment request - we need to know at the very least what their student ID # is (a bonus would be additional information requests such as program name, address and phone number).

I am pleased to see that it is a future consideration. Does this mean that it will be implemented in the future? Or it will be reconsidered in the future? And is future one day, one month, one year? Thanks so much for your consideration.
