The reminder system does not specify the type of appointment the patient will be having, meaning phonecall versus inperson appointments. Is there a possibility to add an appointment type section that reminds the patients of their scheduled appointment type (inperson versus phone call appointments). Additionally, for phone call appointment reminders could a disclaimer be added that gives a heads up to the patient that the Doctor might not be able to call exactly at the time mentioned in the reminder and to allow an hour time window to receive Doctor's call.
