Allow customization of Medeo Appointment Notification sent to patients

Providers may wish to customize their appointment reminders and when they are sent.


If reminders are sent out only 24 hours in advance, that is too late for patients to cancel appointments via Medeo. So the ability to change how many days in advance would be useful.


Our clinic also sends out Ocean forms to be completed by patients in advance of their appointment. Many patients only look at their emails on occasion, so the ability to customize the message, in this case adding something like "Please check your email to see if Ocean forms are awaiting completion before your appointment" would save having patients fumbling around to complete forms in the waiting room.
