The same employee does not always reject/accept an on line booking appt. If that employee is not available it is not possible to relay to the patient who calls to inquire why their on-line appt. was rejected.
Rejections to patient appointment requests booked through online booking should behave the same as a cancelled appointment. The rejected appointment booking should show in the F4 window.
Currently, you can find rejected appointment requests in the Audit logs only. But you cannot see the reason for rejection. Which ties into another Idea on here - PAT-I-67
