This idea has been merged into another idea. To comment or vote on this idea, please visit PAT-I-56 Allow families to book using the same email address, it is unrealistic to expect infants to have their own email address.

Booking multiple patients under one email Merged

My patients are having issues with the online booking and having to have separate emails for each family member. Some patients are quite young and their parents are trying to book for them online but they don't wants them to have separate email addresses. We need to have it set up for multiple accounts under one email address

    Until they have this fixed, it's really quite inconvenient....we tell our patient's whomever is going to be the appointment scheduler for the children to set up an account with their (the parents) information, and leave the patient's name in the Appointment Reason when booking, then we accept the booking and use the Patient Relationships to link and change the patient information over.  Tedious, but it works.
