Medeo messaging should have a bounceback for emails

some people have more than one email address or don't check frequently. this would be a challenge for appointments. 
-the messaging should have a bounceback under those circumstances or some notification in the messaging module that the message did not go through after "x" days.

    At present there is no way of knowing if an error has been made in the email address when sending the email - there should be a pop up or some other way to let us know that the message has not gone trhough.
