Hyperlinking in messaging

Adding hyperlinking would be a very beneficial workflow for patients (especially on mobile apps) so they can directly go to a link, instead of having to copy and paste it in the browser.

    This is very important. It should be a simple thing to update. With all the virtual health care happening now, links for video conferencing etc should be clickable.
