I agree with this. We're just getting setup with Accuro EMR and this is one thing that Nightingale actually did better. If we could add custom description to the ICD code, for example "DM" that automatically navigates us to 25000 that would be nice. A lot of us will use shorthand. Another example, 460 = URTI.
