Separate Patient Search from Patient Add - URGENT to not have accidental patient name change

Currently, if a user doesn't click F1 to clear the selected patient, it is very easy to 'change' the name on a patient. (and this is not trapped in the audit logs well). In larger clinics, or systems with multiple clinics - it is very hard to find that one offending record (i.e. 200,000 patients. Can you force a clear patient / separate the fields for search to make it more obvious for the users? NEXT - can the field edited be tracked in the Audit logs. ideally with the change.
