There should be a warning if changing a patients name in the patient demographic screen. Currently if a patient is loaded and a user clicks in the name field and back spaces instead of hitting F1, the previous loaded patients name can be overwritten. There is the update patient warning that appears but this gets overlooked and users hit save and now have overwritten the patients chart with another name. Would be harder for a user to overwrite a patient chart if there was a warning when a change was made to the name as there is in the address book when a user changes the physicians name.
