upgrade Group Appointment function

Currently if you book a Group Appointment, the appointment does not show in the daysheet under that provider, and also does not show in the patient's appointment history (either through F4 or under Encounter Notes). This essentially makes the Group Appointment function unuseable, as then there is no record on the patient's chart of the appointment. Upgrade to have it listed on the daysheet (preferably as multiple lines for each patient in the appointment, with a notation somewhere to show that it is part of a group appointment), and to have it show in the patient's appointment history.
