Need ability to simply print the progress note one made with our letterhead

With our letterhead on the printout and the patient's name and demographics on it automatically! Would be useful every day at least 2-3 times in urgent care situation. Also need to improve prescription writer so that if drug miss spelled , or drug available under different name than expected eg/ apo-atenolol , the prescription writer will prompt you to enter the corret spelling / name

    Hello,

    It is possible to generate a letter from a clinical note with the outlined information included; letterhead, demographics, etc. Forms can also be created in the same way. If you contact the service desk at 1-866-729-8889, a Client Services Analyst would be happy to overview the workflows to create those items with you.
