Waitlist Menu – Ability to remove unwanted info from drop downs

Would like to keep only the following selections in the following fields: TYPE: Daycare, Office Consult, Sameday Admin (Keep) STATUS: Booked, Cancelled, Waiting (keep) AVAIL SITES: KGH, Office, Summerland (Keep) AREAS: Ears, Nose & Throat (keep these) All other selections in the above drop down fields they would like removed or made inactive. I guess put in a feature where you can hide/unhide certain drop down menus from the "Filters" section of the window.

    Hello,

All of the listed Drop Down menus can be managed.

    Waitlist > Tools (Upper Left)

    • Manage Consult/Surgical Sites

    • Body Area Management

Types and Status can be managed from the dropdown menus within a Booking (Consult and Surgical separately).

The ability to manage the list of Types, Statuses, Sites and Areas on the Waitlist is a Feature Access Permission that can be Role or User Specific.
An administrator can enable these permissions: Accuro Menu > Search: Manage Security > Feature Access > Select Role or Specify User > Scroll down to the Waitlist section. "Manage Lists" should be enabled.

For assistance with these workflows, please contact the Service Desk at 1-866-729-8889; a Client Services Analyst would happy to help you.
