THis is with regards to the waitlist. My office documents calls using the "completion" information where we document date and time of calls, and the response. Sometimes this gets long and messy. We started to use the section under "procedures" which was WAY better, but was duplicating the patient on the wait list so we had to stop. If it can be made the option is made so that Procedures is not added to the wait list, or a separate section similar to it being made for tracking patient calls, this would be xcellent.
