Free text selection in drop-down boxes

Have the option to insert a free-text selection in drop-down box selections, so that if none of the pre-canned selections match what needs to be documented, you don't have to have a separate text field next to the drop-down box to accomodate this.

    Hi Liz,

    The ability to use macros with prescription comments was added in build version 2016.03, which was released in early 2017.

    There is a separate submission for use of macros with medical history bands: https://ideas.qhrtech.com/ideas/ACC-I-3917

    we also need to be able to use macros in the prescription module as well as the side bands
