antenatal module requires many more free text options

Absolutely every field in the a/n module should include a free text option. For example, ethnicity may be more complicated than simply White or Asian. Employment - the drop down list does not allow for details such as where the person is employed. Length of labour - often patients don't remember the number of hours but will remember if it was long or fast. Gestational age field (for past deliveries) needs to allow for a number of weeks and a number of days, not a decimal point for days. For any drop down list, could one option be 'other', with a prompt to input free text so that the list could still be used, but also allow for more nuanced detail to be input when necessary?
