Updates for Local installs are not pushed automatically, but updates for Cloud hosted installs are. You can find out more information here.
We do recommend that clinics schedule a regular time after hours to run their updates (to reduce the risk of issues and interruptions during clinic hours), and that they use the Accuro updater to do so.

The program should just update automatically. If they can't do that, then give us a way to script it with task scheduler. A silent updater that doesn't require user interaction.
