This was released in build 2017.01.873, Spring 2019.
Development of this change request is complete, and will be available in an upcoming release for Accuro.
We are working on a change to show Inactive Insurers in red as well as display Inactive Providers red in the patient section.
In Addition to the Providers appearing red in the address book. Should consider color change as well within the Patient section - family Doc, Referring Doc and Office Provider.
When in the "Manage Insurers" section of the Address Book, there is a checkbox to "Show Inactive Insurers". When checked, Inactive Insurers will display in red text in the Manage Insurers section, however I do see two issues - the checkbox preference isn't saved when the window is closed, and the insurers are not in red in the Search Results of the Address Book. I will look into this.
Thank you,
Shelley
Or an option to make the Insurers visible in the address book. There could be a click button like in other areas to Show Inactive.
