Address Book update stamp in contacts

There needs to be a functionality in the Address book for contacts, insurer's & Pharmacies where you can make changes and hit the update button to reflect who the user was and when it was last updated much like the one in the Physician portion. It is very hard to determine when the contact info has been updated without it. With Privacy policies being so strict this would at least enable us to not make errors of faxing info to incorrect contacts as we would have evidence of when the info was last updated and by which user. Kindly consider this request.
