Inactivated Provider show red in ALL screens

Currently, inactivated providers still show up in the multiple sections of accuro. example: In the documents section in the "From". Providers sometimes have different locations and then stop going there - so we inactivate them. Picking the right one for the "from" section means we have to check the address book to confirm which one was inactive.

Inactive providers are also able to be selected in the FAX and there is nothing to show that they are actually inactive (Red font). This could be a big privacy concern when faxing.

Also it would be amazing if a provider was inactive, that they show red in all screens. (Scheduler, top bar, and in the FAX!)

Ideally, an inactivated provider should not show in any screens where they can be selected in error (Fax and "From" section in documents).

Screens for viewing (demographics, scheduler, top bar etc)- could all be red, so it's known that the information needs to be updated.

    Also in Manage Security | Templates. The names do show red when adding them to the Office, but not in the Template setup.

    Yes, seconded. Especially the From in the Documents section. When there are duplicate providers that you cannot delete or merge, you have to rename the provider to prevent picking the inactive ones as there is no red font.
