Fax Manager "Provider" Default to "All"

Right now the Accuro fax manager defaults to the provider you have selected in the Scheduler View. Would be very beneficial to have a way to set it to "All" by default. So one does not have to change the provider every time they open the Accuro Fax Manager.

    or at least save your previous selection..so if you want to see the two doctors that are in the office, you can select them once and it stays that way until you change the selection, even if the window is closed and opened again
