Provider's name not synchronized within different modules of the chart.

When we generate faxes and we stay within patient's chart that has the provider already declared why is it that the name of the provider is not a default one at the top and bottom of the screen? When I correct the name of the provider at the top of the screen and fail to correct the one at the bottom of the screen the fax sheet will show a different name of the sender. Isn't it logical that when we generate any letters/faxes within patient's chart the provider's name should always be a default one with the option of changing it in some extraordinary circumstances?
