Extremely problematic flaw with Accuro which will apply to multiple offices. If staff work for multiple providers, accuro does not tie provider data to the provider that the patient is assigned to. It suggests the default provider based on whoever's scheduler is currently selected. Ex. If I check in a patient for Dr. A on his scheduler, and then go back to completing my tasks for multiple doctors. I click on one of Dr. G's pts, and go to create a new note, or fax a new document, the default provider listed on these documents is Dr. A, because it was his scheduler which was last opened. Clear example - The provider who comes up on the fax cover sheet when sending a fax is whatever doctor's scheduler was most recently open, not the doctor that the patient is tied to. Again this is EXTREMELY problematic and potentially a legal liability for providers as outgoing documents may have the incorrect provider name on it. PLEASE ADDRESS AND FIX, a lot of clinics have staff who work for multiple providers.
