color code mails and tasks

Would like to be able to color code my mails and tasks just like the function in the patient summary. Would be able to group same types of tasks together for easier searching, I feel this would be a huge help to be more organized for completing tasks. Making sure the urgent things you may need to complete the same day are not missed. Right now I find that I may have to search through over 40 tasks to make sure I have not missed anything I need to do for sure in the same day.

    Would love to be able to colour code tasks. This would greatly help with prioritization. To be able to go ahead and complete a bunch of the same tasks at once would help with efficiency!!  This would REALLY help with work flow.
