Referring Provider Column in Waitlist view

When you add a patient to the waitlist, there is the ability to select the referring provider. This is not carried over into the Waitlist screen view. Add Referring Provider as one of the view options.

    A feature to address this idea is currently scheduled for the 2016.03 iteration of Accuro. Should QHR Technologies be required to reschedule the feature, an additional comment will be added to advise of the new schedule.

    Upon release, the Idea will be marked as Completed and QHR Technologies will provide further detail on the implemented solution.

    In the 2016.03/2016.04 iteration of Accuro the Referring Provider can now be selected as a column to display in the Wait List.
