CUT AND PASTE MORE THAN ONE APT THE SAME DAY

very frustrating that you can only cut one apt at a time. if a pt is having a test and a consult with doctor but the dtae isnt good they need to move apt to another day. you have to do one at a time. which is silly. so as of now im suppose to rememeber the original date plus remember teh new date so i can go back amd cut the other apt, then move it to the new date. this feature really needs to be added. if nobody else needs then thats fine, but our office NEEDS this. i cannot stress enought to you

    As long as the appointments are not marked as No Show, or No Charge and don't have a submitted or invoiced bill attached, you can select a whole column in the schedule and move all the appointments at once.

    1. Click your mouse at the top of the Schedule column and drag and drop so that all appointments are highlighted.

    2. Then, right click and choose 'Cut'

    3. Go to the date you are moving the appointments to

    4. Now, right click and choose 'Paste'
