when moving apts already on schedule, if you just want to change the time instead of right clicking saying cut appointment you should just be able to slide the appointment over to the spot you want. just easlier...

Our clinic copies multiple appointments frequently, so I would not want to lose this option.

Our clinic moves multiple appointments frequently. We have 40 physicians, half of which are specialists so their hospital schedules can change often. If a physician has to cancel and rebook a day. Both options are used at our clinic as it would be based on the user's preference and what they find works quicker for them.

The Accuro Scheduler currently allows you to select multiple appointments. This can be done using either of the two options below:

      • Mass select appointments using your mouse cursor.- This is used the most in our clinic

      • Shift + click to select all the appointments you need.

How often do you use the mass select feature? Which of the above options do you use most to accomplish this task?

This would be a useful feature as we rearrange schedule surgeries within the day and it’s a lot of cutting and pasting

I think this should be an additional feature as well as keeping the cut and paste feature. If you have to rebook an entire days of appointments, the cut and paste feature would be much quicker. If you have to move a single appointment to a different time slot, day, or provider, clicking on the appointment and dragging to the desired spot would be quicker.

We use a daily schedule so not very helpful, seldom have to move an appointment on same day

      1. How often do you reschedule an appointment within the same calendar week compared to rescheduling it for a later date (e.g., the following week(s) or month(s))?

      Probaby about the same amount

      1. How likely are you to use a drag-and-drop functionality to reschedule an appointment for a date longer than a week away?

If there was an option, probably about 50% of the time

      1. In what scenarios do you find it necessary to provide a cancellation reason when rescheduling an initial appointment?

      Always

quite often some weeks, sometimes it is not that often.

      1. How likely are you to use a drag-and-drop functionality to reschedule an appointment for a date longer than a week away?

not as likely, this is where cut and paste comes in handy.

      1. In what scenarios do you find it necessary to provide a cancellation reason when rescheduling an initial appointment?

      every single time.

I often times use it as a way to move between primary booking column to secondary booking column when they no-show or don't answer, as a reminder for me to try again later and then if this feature were in place I would be able to easily move and drag the appt to the appropriate time (back into the primary booking column) once I reach the patient or my MOA reschedules them. I would say I would use this feature DAILY when in clinic.

      Answer to Benjamin's questions:

      1. R/S in same week ~ 4-5 x

      2. Use drag/drop to R/S longer than a week away: Very likely

      3. Scenarios when needing to provide cancellation reason: physician or nurse sick, office closed

I think this would be most useful for moving appointments on the same day to a different time slot. I also love the idea of being able to move more than one appt at a time

I would love this feature! Often I just need to move a patient to a different time, or shuffle a couple of people on the same day. It would be much smoother than the "cut and paste."

Rebooking for our clinic is 40% to a different time that day / 20%to the same day of the week that month and 40%to more than a month away Drag and drop would be great Also the pop up calendar in scheduler should be expanded to a three month pop up calendar with this month flanked by last month and next month to allow easy movement of appointments This 3 month pop up calendar would also be great for forms and notes when doing chart prep

both options would be great, keeping all other information within the appt intact. I would love to be able to drag and drop between providers, too.

Thank you again for your feedback! We are currently exploring the feasibility of a "Drag and Drop" feature for managing appointments and would greatly appreciate your insights on the following:

      1. How often do you reschedule an appointment within the same calendar week compared to rescheduling it for a later date (e.g., the following week(s) or month(s))?

      2. How likely are you to use a drag-and-drop functionality to reschedule an appointment for a date longer than a week away?

      3. In what scenarios do you find it necessary to provide a cancellation reason when rescheduling an initial appointment?

Also have the option to change the day of the appt when it is booked on the wrong day or gets rescheduled to another day.
