" Mail Msg " Reviewed

I'm having difficulty understanding how you can tell if your mail msg has been looked at and reviewed. when you file a document it tells you if its in someone's mailbox or reviewed. do you think you could set up the same thing for mail. how do I keep track of my msgs and now if the doctor has seen them. what do you advise. and if some msgs in sent are will they automatically go into reviewed once someone has selected review. because if it does I seem to have a lot outstanding

    It would be great to have a function or a field that states "message reviewed" or "message pending". Often, employees in our office look back at our emails and we are unsure if the message has even been read. This would be a great help!
