This "Send to Inbox" option in the Modify Document Provider area is a bit misleading as if the document has already been reviewed it will not show in the inbox. This should be changed so that regardless of whether the document has been reviewed or not, it will send this back to the provider inbox to review.
Prompt for Re-Sending an Already Reviewed Document to a Provider's Inbox
If a document is re-sent to a provider's Inbox (Virtual Chart > right-click document > Modify Provider > Select provider and "Send to Provider Inbox" > OK) and that provider had previously reviewed the document, a prompt will display asking to confirm that is the intended activity.
If unable to send a reviewed document to provider's in box, possibly have an alert/message stating such. This certainly could pose a problem if attempting to send sensitive documents such as labs, imaging, etc.
