Ability to have different time intervals

Need an option to have different time intervals on different days. For example, be able to have 15 minute intervals on Mondays and 5 minute intervals on Thursday, etc.

You can achieve this with Schedule Templates.

Set your Provider's schedule to be the lowest common denominator between all the time intervals you wish to use. In your example, this would be 5 minutes.

Then, create Schedule Templates (Accuro Menu > Scheduler > Scheduler Management> Templates > Manage Templates) for each day of the week.

On Monday for example, you would highlight 3, 5 minute intervals and choose the suggestion to be applied as a Group. You can continue this method until all 15 minute time intervals have been added.

On Thursday, you can highlight all the 5 minute intervals and apply the suggestion as Single Line.

You only need to create this Template once, and you can apply it to all Mondays and Thursdays for your desired period of time in the Apply Templates tab.
