Ability to block more than one day at a time from the schedule.

If the doctor plans to be away for more than one day, each day has to be blocked off individually. It would be helpful to be able to block off a week at a time, or at least multiple days.

This can be achieved with Schedule Templates. (Accuro Menu > Scheduler > Scheduler Management > Suggestions and Templates tabs)

First, create an Appointment Suggestion to indicate the Provider is out of office.

Then, create a Template. This is done in the Manage Templates tab, within the Templates tab of Scheduler Management. (For more information on how to create templates call our support team at 1-866-729-8889)

Now you can apply the template "Weekly". In the Apply Templates tab select the provider, your new Template you created and the Weekly tab. Enter your date range and select all days of the week. Click Apply to block all dates in your range at once.
