Add Ability to return a document from a pt file to the documents tab for further editing

Sometimes a document that has been scanned in needs a page added or something removed. It would be very helpful to be able to take a document from a patients file and return it to the document tab where it could be further merged or taken apart.

    You can both Merge and Split documents right from a Patient's chart.

    If you wish to remove pages from a document already filed to a patient chart, right-click on the document from the Virtual Chart and choose Edit Pages. Drag and drop the pages you want to split to the New Document column and click Run. You are then prompted to save the New Document back to your directory so that it can be re-filed or deleted.

    If you need to merge another page into a document already filed to a patient chart, first file the new page to the patient's chart as well. Then highlight both documents in the Virtual Chart and right-click and choose Merge. This shows you a preview of your new document where you can re-order the pages and choose new document details, if required. Click Run to complete the merge.
