To be able to modify a document type that is added in to a patients file by a third party.

We have noticed on a number of occasions that a third party like the Hospital will add a document in to a patients EMR and label it incorrectly as a "Lab" when it is a consult letter. We request to be able to modify these documents to change it to the correct labelling. We have noticed that it won't allow modification unless it was uploaded in office.

    This would also be great if the date was incorrect!
