Optimize Accuro for Dual Monitor setup

We recently installed a second monitor for the secretary, and overall it really helps with efficiency and multi-tasking in the EMR. We run two instances of Accuro on the same computer, and drag one to each monitor. However, we have discovered, that certain pop-up boxes (like print dialog boxes) don't stay on the monitor on which the command was executed. So if you hit "print" on the right-hand monitor, the print dialog box appears on the left monitor. It is somewhat jarring and distracting, and would really help if it stayed on the monitor on which it started.

    yikes, we just started doing the same and are running into the same problem.... in 2018
