Appointment history: Allow user to view a less restricted list of providers than elsewhere in Accuro.

Our clinic has digital appointment records dating from 1997. Many doctors have retired or moved on to other locations in the past 15 years. Since the Appointment History is restricted to the list of providers that the user can see in the Scheduler, past appointments with doctors who no longer work here are invisible to us. We could make them visible by adding all our old doctors into the pick list for the Scheduler via Templates, but then we'd have 20 extra doctors in all the drop-down menus for providers everywhere in the system, which would be very inconvenient. I would like for there to be a separate list of providers for the Appointment History view as opposed to all other views, so that we can see if we should be looking for old charts for returning patients of retired doctors without cluttering up the rest of Accuro.
