It would be great if we could look up patients by phone number or birthdate

Sometimes we have clients that call in leave a message, sometimes they dont provide us enough information to bring up there account/profile. Adding these features to Accuro would sure help out us Receptionists. Thank you for your consideration.

    As was stated in the comments:


    You can look up by phone number but leave the prefix out - if the number is 250-222-2222, just search 222-2222.


    You can also search by DOB MM/DD/YYYY always ensure you use the / to separate the numbers. And despite your settings you will always search month/day/year

    You can also enter an email into the Email Address field in the demos tab, click Check for Duplicates to see who the email belongs to.
