Have Invoice Show Quantity from Claim Details

Our office supplies clients with compression stockings and we sell some other items that patients can get covered by their insurance companies, provided that they can supply an invoice and a prescription. The claim details feature in Accuro shows (Qty) and yet when you print out the invoice for the client to submit to their providers so that they can be re-embursed - the invoice no longer indicates the (Qty) This has caused us and our clients quite a lot of problems, we have had clients submissions rejected and patients who are now not able to collect monies back from their insurance providers. Some companies will not allow any hand written information so we have had to add an area where we can now type in information on the invoice. This does take more time, allows for more erros and it is inconvenient and a bit confussing as to why this would be programmed this way. Showing the quantity on screen but not on the actual printed document makes no sense at all. Please add the QTY from Claim details to automatically pull on Invoices.
