INR Tracking - New Task to Attach Daily Dosages and Comments

In the INR tracker, you have the ability to create a new task. It would be really useful if this task would attach the INR tracking results that were highlighted - so the recipient that needs to relay the dosages to the patient would know exactly what to say without having to go into EMR > Encounter Notes > INR Tracker Right now, you have to manually type each result and dosage instruction into the task. Having it automatically attach would be very useful.
