OBEC File Creation - Do Not Include Patients Missing Health Card Numbers

Currently, when you generate an OBEC file - it will include patients that do not have a health card entered (i.e. it is blank) The file generates successfully, but when you go to submit it on MC EDT you get the error "Invalid Health Card Length" You can remedy this by running a query on all patients with appointments in the date range and pin pointing which ones are missing health card numbers and add "0000000000" as their health card number and then re-generate the OBEC file. It would be great if Accuro could automatically omit these patients without carecard entries as the entire file will not submit because of it.
