Need to be able to have UK gender come up by default

We are a pediatrician office so we have turned off the titles in Accuro (set it to None) as we don't have a lot of Mr's and Mrs's as patients. However, we still have the gender defaulting to 'M' as it's the first in the list. We need this to default to UK as we are offending people by calling them he or she incorrectly.
