Pharmacy Contact Synchronization

Adding a default "Pharmacy Contact" is a really handy feature, it is however incredibly frustrating that it is not continually linked to the Address Book... What this means is, if the address or fax number is updated for a pharmacy in the Address Book, it doesn't relay this change in the patients chart if they are linked to that pharmacy via Pharmacy Contact.. Any correspondence that is sent from here on in will be sent to the wrong address or fax.. If you're lucky and it's just the address that changes, you can run a Query to identify the affected patients, then manually modify each one. If however it's the fax number that changes, you have to leave it to chance as this is not a queriable item... This situation may not happen often, but it happens. There is a potential security risk involved which needs to be looked into.
