Provider Search - Would like Street Name displayed

Customers would like more information displayed when using the Ellipses for adding Referring, Office or Family Physician in Patient Demographics and Appointments. Currently if there is more than one instance of a provider, all that displays in the Provider Search is Last Name, First Name, Practitioner ID and City. Customers would like the Street Name to display, as some providers work out of multiple locations and are usually in the same city. Adding the Street Name to the Provider Search Window would allow for quick selection of the correct provider at the correct location. This would also be helpful within the address book, so that you don't have to select the provider to see their location.
